I don't know but the way things are going I'd say just a matter of time. I think malicious intent can be proven by the clandestine and kangaroo type of settings these trial brazenly display. This would be a major victory and open the flood gates for future litigation as many would try to cash in before they go belly up. Also the fact that the WT can change their rules without notice to is members which clearly show malicious intent and extreme lack of fairness.

after reading a few comments here, i thought it was time for me to get a copy of "the silver sword" for my own occasional research and occult practices.

so i thought i would see if jw.org would offer a way that i could purchase a printed copy (not digital) of the new world translation.

It is really a serious matter of compartmentalization that the writers of the Watchtower got going on when is comes to how they applying Jesus words because the WT organization seems to be one of the worst offenders when it comes to judging people.
